Return Guidelines:
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Temecula, CA.
Exchanges: Received a damaged item? We’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
How to Start a Return: Simply email us at customerservices@fret37.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
